Your information stays with Cory.
Huot Health & Longevity ("we," "us") is a peptide education and consulting practice run by Cory Huot. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what you choose to send us, we use it only to respond to you, and we do not sell it or share it with advertisers.
What we collect
Information you send us. When you fill in the client intake form or the clinics and partners form, you give us what you type: your name, email address, phone number, age range, the areas you are interested in, where you are in your journey, how you prefer to be contacted, and anything you add in the message box. For a practice or business, we also collect your organization's name, your role, the states you operate in, and the details you provide about your practice.
Information you send by text or email. If you text or email Cory directly, we keep that correspondence so we can reply and remember what was discussed.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not run analytics that follow you across other sites.
How we use it
- To reply to you, schedule your consultation, and send the guide you requested.
- To prepare for and follow up on your consultation, including any written protocol Cory provides you.
- To send you a product listing if you asked for one.
- To respond to a practice or business inquiry with the options relevant to it.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking you first. If we ever send a newsletter or announcements, every message will include a way to opt out.
Health-related information
The intake form asks about your interests and goals, not your medical history. Anything you choose to share about your health, in a form, a message, or a consultation, is treated as confidential. It is seen only by Cory, used only to help you, and never shared with anyone outside Huot Health & Longevity unless you ask us to or the law requires it. Huot Health & Longevity is a consulting practice, not a healthcare provider, and this site is not a patient portal.
Who can see it
Your information goes to Cory. Two companies process it on our behalf so that it can reach him:
- Netlify hosts this website and delivers form submissions to our email.
- Microsoft 365 provides our email service, where messages and form submissions are received and stored.
Both are bound by their own privacy and security commitments and do not use your information for their own purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with anyone. We would disclose it only if required by law or to protect someone's safety.
Texting and calling
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry or consultation. We will not send marketing texts. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages, and standard carrier rates may apply.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterward so Cory can pick up where you left off if you come back. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
- You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@huothealth.com or text (503) 507-6371.
- You can use the site without submitting any form. Nothing is collected until you choose to send it.
- Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have additional rights, including the right to know, delete, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We honor these for everyone, wherever you live.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection, form submissions travel encrypted to our email, and the email account is protected by a password and recovery verification. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted a form, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
